01. Engineering Design
Our engineering team works with designers from the inception of a project to the end, designing custom packaging that meets our customers’ most discerning needs.
02. Manufacturing
Plant engineers develop processes and fixtures to ensure all packaging products can be mass produced with repeatable quality as efficiently as possible.
03. Fabrication
Whether working with metals, wood, plastic or other materials, our facilities are equipped with sophisticated equipment and experienced tradespersons to cut, saw, shape, weld and otherwise fabricate our packaging entirely in-house.
04. Painting and Finishing
All components are finished to customer specifications, including (but not limited to) custom paint colors (wet and powder) as well as protective coatings, stamping and stenciling.
05. Assembly
For designs with moving parts, custom dunnage or removable sections, our team will fully assemble your packaging so it is ready to use upon arrival. Alternatively, our solutions can be delivered in disassembled kits to maximize shipping space.
06. Shipping
Our experienced logistics team can help coordinate delivery of our solutions across North America and beyond.
