Our heavy-duty 48×40 plastic pallets are injection molded with recycled HDPE (heavy duty polyethylene), including plastics recovered through river cleanups that would otherwise make their way to the ocean.

Need a company logo added? No problem! We can add a single-color logo to your pallets at no charge when you order a truckload of pallets.
All nominal load capacities have been calculated with a safety factor of 2x and are based on evenly distributed loads at room temperature (68 degrees F/20 degrees C) and our tests, founded on ISO 8611 testing and performance requirements. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs. As each product application and environmental condition is unique, pallet performance may differ from the stated specifications, and the customer assumes all risks associated with the actual use of the pallet. Frequently Asked Questions
There are a lot of reasons why plastic pallets are more cost effective.
1. No disposal costs because we will buy back and recycle your plastic pallets when they reach their end of life
2. Because you can use a plastic pallet at least 10x more than a wood pallet, plastic pallets are less expensive than wood, per use
3. Protruding nails and broken boards can damage product
4. Wood pallets are messy and dangerous. The true cost of a wood pallet needs to also include the price of having a worker out due to injury from a protruding nail or wood shard. There is also time spent in cleaning up pieces of broken wood pieces off floors. Further, parts of wood pallets often get stuck in conveyor and automation systems, causing packaging and manufacturing systems to go down.
5. If shipping overseas, plastic pallets are exempt from ISPM15 regulations and do not have the cost of fumigation associated with wood pallets
All of these issues can be resolved by making the switch from wood to plastic!
A plastic pallet typically gets 60 – 120 cycles vs. a wood pallet of only 3 – 5 cycles.
While HDPE offers high strength and durability on its own, we can also reinforce our pallets with glass-filled nylon and galvanized supports to make our pallets even stronger.
